Before payment, communicate with your chosen bank to determine what materials you need for the wire transfer and ensure you have the necessary documents. Additionally, ask the bank to assist with calculating any transfer fees to ensure the full rent amount is received. Please strictly use the bank information provided by the apartment for payment (if you have not received the apartment's bank account details and plan to use a wire transfer, please email the apartment in advance to obtain the official payment information) and include the appropriate reference message. Be cautious and do not trust any third-party provided bank accounts. Finally, ensure the full rent amount is received, and send the remittance receipt to the apartment for accounting purposes.
