The apartment supports account login, payments through the TransferMate platform in cooperation with the apartment, or via bank wire transfer. 1. Payment through TransferMate platform Please log in to your apartment personal account, then select "Pay Now" on the Booking page to be redirected to the TransferMate payment interface. Fill in the required information and complete the payment. Please note that this payment method involves you paying the TransferMate platform, which will then forward the funds to VITA STUDENT once the payment is received. Therefore, the expected processing time for the payment to be credited is about 3-5 working days. If there are any public holidays in China or the UK, this may be extended. 2. Bank wire transfer payments Vita officially accepts bank wire transfers, either from China or from UK bank accounts. For UK wire transfers, the usual processing time is about 1 week for tracking updates, and for China wire transfers, it generally takes 1-2 weeks. Please note that VITA currently does not have a bank account in China, only a company account in the UK. Please use VITA’s official account for all wiring operations and strictly follow VITA's information for the transaction. Do not trust any information provided by third parties.

For safety reasons, smoking is prohibited in the apartment, and there is a smoke detector. If you need to smoke, please ask the apartment front desk where the designated smoking area is located.

When booking an apartment, a deposit of 2 weeks' rent is required, which will be deducted from the total rent amount. Payment can be made using a multi-currency credit card or a UK debit card.

You can use the mobile app provided by the apartment to comfortably stay in your room and report any issues! Just fill out the repair request form and you can also attach a photo. The maintenance manager will respond as soon as possible. You can also go downstairs and speak with the customer service team at the front desk about the issue; they will be happy to assist you.

All dormitories have laundry rooms in the apartment building, equipped with washing machines and dryers. The cost for each wash is about £2.70, and the cost for each dry is about £1.20. You can use the apartment's mobile app to check if your clothes are ready and to see when the machines are available! The laundry rooms are also open 24 hours a day.
