The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.

Some Studio room types allow double occupancy, can my friend stay with me in the Railyard student accommodation?

Yes, you need to reconfirm with the Railyard student accommodation whether the room type you choose allows double occupancy, and the co-resident needs to be a student.

Can I check in the Student Roost The Railyard early?

If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent

If the rent has not been paid when it is due, will it be directly deducted from my bank card?

Won't. You need to log in to your apartment system account and set up your payment method, pay online or pay by credit card at the front desk of the apartment, or pay by bank transfer, but bank transfer is usually used in special cases (such as online payment difficulties/ payment failure, etc.), we prefer the first two payment methods. When you submit your reservation request, you can choose your payment method.

Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your lease. The premise is that you successfully complete the check-out inspection (ie: no damage to the facilities in the room or other room cleaning problems).
