Do I need a guarantor when renting a student room at Albert Court Liverpool?

Yes, renting our room requires a guarantor. The guarantor must be an adult willing to travel on your behalf if you cannot fulfil the terms of the agreement. The guarantor does not need to reside in the UK. You only need to provide the guarantor's contact information for the Albert Court, including email, home address and phone number.

However, the apartment's partner, LOVESPACE, will offer students flexible storage and moving services, including door-to-door pick-up and delivery to the room, moving within the UK, storing a box, and room packing services. It is worth noting that these services are charged.
