In light of the COVID-19 situation, where students are unable to travel due to travel restrictions, or universities/colleges are closed/postponed term start dates due to illness, students can request to postpone the start date of 2021/22 leases accordingly without charge . All that needs to be done is to provide relevant information as soon as possible.

The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder information, and please ensure that the payment card has sufficient credit, and the bank is opened and supports payment behavior. Please note that payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. For bank remittance, please contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account under the guidance of the consultant, and then complete the corresponding payment in the bank.
