The Grenville Street Liverpool allows you to pay the rent in installments, and there will be specific payment times in your lease contract. You can consult our advisors to learn more about the precautions.

On the day of check-in, you need to bring your driver's license, passport or other photo identification documents. If someone else collects the room key on your behalf, they need to show your written confirmation.

There is an underground parking lot downstairs of the Grenville Liverpool, where your car can be properly kept. The cost is £6 per day.

A: You can move out before the contract termination date, but you have to pay the rent as usual until you find the next tenant to settle the rent for the rest of your lease.

A: Each of our kitchens has cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, mop and bucket, brush, trash can and vacuum cleaner (only available in some apartments, please consult the front desk of the apartment for details). Some kitchens also have kettles and ironing boards (Iron not included).
