【Cancellation during the cooling off period(s) 】 Where you have booked your Accommodation prior to 1st August the cooling off period if 7 days. Where you have booked your Accommodation after (and including) 1st August the cooling off period is 24 hours. If you cancel your tenancy after 24 hours of signing, then Cloud Student Homes reserves the right to retain your deposit (or partial deposit) in lieu of expenses occurred. Where you are wanting to discuss a cancellation, you will need to contact your Accommodation Team 【Cancellations after the cooling off period(s)】 Where you are outside of the cooling off period (as above), you a required to provide an alternate tenant in order to take over your tenancy agreement and liability. You are liable for the full term of the rent until the alternate tenant passes the colling off period (as above). Where you are wanting to discuss a tenancy takeover, you will need to contact your Accommodation Team 【Cancellations after you have moved into the accommodation】 You will need to contact your Accommodation Team directly to notify them of your intentions to leave. You will need to find a replacement tenant to takeover over the remainder of your agreement (as per above section). The replacement tenancy must have equal to or greater tenancy total (£). Where there is a difference in rent, you will be liable for this. A professional clean is required and will be deducted from your deposit.
