Limelight

Joanna and Mohamed Brara have honestly been amazing throughout my stay. Anytime I needed help with anything they were always there and sorted it out quickly with no stress. They’re both really friendly and genuinely care about making things easy for residents. I really appreciate everything they’ve done.

Limelight is a fantastic student accommodation, located right next to the train station and is a 10-15 minute walk from campus. The building provides many quality facilities like the sky lounge overlooking the whole city, a cinema room, and a pool area. The accommodation is always cared for and looked after by the lovely staff. Mohamed Brara is always full of chat and is a great face to come back to on the nightwatch after a night out. The whole team, led by the lovely Joanna, are friendly and caring, and are what truely makes staying at Limelight such a joy!

I have lived in Limelight for 7 months and think it's a great student accommodation with excellent facilities. Everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues I have had have been dealt with quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Limelight is the best student living accommodation I've come across. The staff are so friendly, will help you with anything at the drop of a hat. Demi is a diamond. She does everything with a smile, she's really down to earth and you feel as though she genuinely cares. I had the pleasure of meeting Joanna aswel. She's so lovely. They all are. A great place to be. Thank you.

Stayed here during my first year of uni. Rooms are really nice and modern, no complaints there. Great location — close to LJMU, Lime Street, and most of the city. Communal bins were often overflowing and messy, though. The washing machines were a hassle, mostly because people constantly left their laundry sitting inside. Staff were generally friendly but seemed more focused on running social events than supporting tenants — I was once told to wait an hour for my parcel because they were having a water fight outside. Also, I often wasn’t notified of deliveries through the KLIQ app, so I’d have to ask at reception just in case. Overall, decent place to live but definitely some things they could improve.
