If you are unable to pay the rent on time, don't worry. You can first communicate with our consultant team. If there is a guarantor in your lease, Stanley Court Liverpool has the right to contact your guarantor and request payment.
After the lease period ends, Stanley Court apartments in Liverpool conduct a comprehensive inspection of your room. If your room has not suffered any damage, we will refund your deposit in a timely manner. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the room type and tenancy length.
