Can I apply for dual occupancy in Windsor Court?

Most of our rooms over 23 square meters offer double occupancy. Both occupants need to provide an application, indicating in the application documents that it is a double occupancy, to facilitate the modification of the price. Otherwise, the rent for the Windsor Court will be increased by an additional £50 and then divided by the weekly fee for each resident.

Suppose you are waiting for your exam results but are not sure if you have been admitted. Please don't worry. You can still apply for an apartment. Suppose you are an incoming freshman and the university withdraws the admission notice you provided because you did not meet the admission requirements of the city. In that case, you are eligible to terminate this lease agreement. You need to provide Windsor Court Liverpool with a written certificate issued by the university stating that you were not admitted and a contract stating that the Windsor Court Liverpool can contact you within three days after the release of your grades. This process will not incur any fines and will also refund the deposit you have already paid. If you choose to study at another university and need to check out, you are also eligible to terminate this lease agreement.

Do I have to pay a booking fee when renting Homes for Students Windsor Court?

The Homes for Students Windsor Court does not charge a reservation fee. You need to pay a deposit to reserve the apartment you have reserved. The deposit will be guaranteed through the deposit guarantee service and will be refunded to you at the end of the lease.

How to pay rent?

Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, then tick the items that need to be paid, and click pay to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder information, and please ensure that the payment card has sufficient credit, and the bank is opened and supports payment behavior. Please note that payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. For bank remittance, please contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account under the guidance of the consultant, and then complete the corresponding payment in the bank. However, please note that wire transfers can take several business days to arrive, so payment needs to be arranged in advance.

Accepted Answer

The deposit is a deposit and is not deductible from the rent. After the booking is completed, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party agency in the UK to keep the deposit.
