All rooms larger than 23 square meters in St Andrew's Gardens will be available for double occupancy. Both guests need to apply, and it should be noted in the application that it is for double occupancy, so that St Andrew's Gardens can modify the price. Unless otherwise stated, the apartment price is the total rent plus £50, and then the cost per resident per week.

St Andrew's Gardens Liverpool does not allow residents to keep any pets, except for registered assistance dogs.

If you have a British sponsor, you can pay the rent in three installments. The first installment should be paid three weeks before moving in. If you do not have a British sponsor, you need to pay the full rent six weeks before the start of the lease term. Please note that you must pay all due rents before moving in. We may offer you other installment payment options.
