Heritage Court

I've lived with UQ for the past three years - two years in Heritage Court and one year in Larch House - and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The properties, the locations, and the staff have all been outstanding. Any issues I had (which were very few) were always resolved within hours. The maintenance team are fantastic to deal with and are always friendly and smiling around the properties. A special thank you to Vicki and Brenda, who have been absolutely amazing throughout my time with UQ. They were always so quick to help with any queries, and I always enjoyed popping into the office for a chat. I couldn't recommend UQ more highly to anyone looking for student accommodation. I'll genuinely miss having them as my landlords. Thank you for making the last three years such a great experience!

I moved from Ireland to Liverpool in September 2023 to study for my Master’s degree, and I’ve lived with Kexgill/University Quarter for the past two academic years. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel so welcome and helped me settle into a new city. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and approachable throughout my time here. Any maintenance requests or queries have always been dealt with quickly, often within just a couple of hours, which has made renting with them stress-free. I’ve lived in both Larch House and Kexgill Court and have always felt safe and well looked after. I can’t recommend Kexgill/University Quarter highly enough. A huge thank you to Brenda, Vicki, Kenny, Ste, and John for everything you’ve done over the past two years. You’ve made my time in Liverpool a fantastic experience!

Had an amazing experience in Larch House in my third year. Perfect location for uni and town. The apartment was super modern with great storage with good sunlight throughout the day so never felt dark and small. The agency staff were always super helpful and so lovely. The maintenance was always quick and reliable. Overall, would definitely recommend and always felt safe.

I've had the best 2 years living at my UQ home at Heritage Court with all of my friends. The experience of walking into a clean and well maintained student home was a completely different experience to what I had in Uni halls. They are homes away from home. Maintenance is dealt with on the day and the team are fantastic. Office staff are amazing. The whole experience from booking a viewing to collecting keys was excellent. Vikki and Brenda are the best, always greet you with a smile and ask how you've been doing. I will miss my UQ home and the whole experience of the last 2 years. I can't thank you all enough.

I have spent the last two years of my time at university living here, I could not have asked for a better place to live! Having occupied both the 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom flats, I have been impressed at the sizes of each and the appliances we were provided with (smart tv, washing machine, etc.). Being so close to campus has been an amazing benefit of living here, it has really come in handy this exam season where spending the day in the library can be broken up with a 2 minute walk back to the flat! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, any maintenance issues were sorted either on the day or the day after reporting. Thank you University Quarter for an ideal 2 years.
