If you apply to live with a friend, you need to fill in the link and write down the roommate you want. Fontenoy apartments will contact and arrange it for you.

Can I pay in instalments when renting Fontenoy apartments?

If you have a British sponsor, you can pay the deposit in three instalments. The first instalment needs to be paid three weeks before check-in. If you do not have a British sponsor, you need to pay the full rent six weeks before the start of the lease term.

When is the due date for rent payment?

Please log in to your account to obtain the rent payment time and date. Generally, the rent needs to be paid in full one year in advance 10 days before the lease start date. Please refer to the specific time on the contract.

Rent can be paid online, using a visa or master credit card, and it is also possible to pay with a card that is not your own.

What is included in the rent?

You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.

Most rooms larger than 23 square meters offer double occupancy. Both occupants need to submit their rental applications, indicating that they are moving in for two, to facilitate the modification of the Fontenoy apartments' price. Otherwise, the price of the Fontenoy apartments might be the total rent plus £50, then divided by the cost per tenant per week.

After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk

If you are still waiting for your exam results and are not sure whether your desired university has admitted you, don't worry. You can still apply for Fontenoy apartments Liverpool. If you are an incoming undergraduate or first-year graduate student and your preferred university withdraws your admission notice, you may be eligible to terminate this agreement. You must provide a written certificate issued by the university stating that you have not been admitted within three days after the release of your results. Fontenoy apartments Liverpool will handle your contract and will not charge any penalties. It will also refund the deposit you have already paid.

Fontenoy Liverpool does not charge a reservation fee. When you accept the room offer, you need to pay a deposit to reserve the room. The deposit will be guaranteed through the deposit guarantee service and refunded at the end of the lease term.
