Location is the best for unis in central London. Staff is very nice. Hayder at reception is very friendly and responsive. Overall happy with my experience.

Si te gusta dormir con luz es el hostal perfecto, también es buen hostal si te arreglas con un rollo de papel higiénico para una semana, el agua caliente en la ducha ni estaba ni había atisbos de que apareciera, a veces parecía que si pero era tu cuerpo que con el frío se insensibilizaba, La nevera no cerraba por el hielo en el congelador, pedimos si se podía solucionar y nos preguntaron 2 días después si se había arreglado solo, resumiendo si te gusta supervivencia en pelotas, este es tu hostal, en resumen muy bien, volvería.

It’s a really good student accommodation. It’s safe, large and nice. I live it, I’ll recommend it to everyone.

My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a cosy bed. The service was outstanding and Haider is a true gem. Location is excellent as it’s very close to many universities in central London. The room was big compared to others. Hayder at reception was very friendly and helpful. However, maintenance was usually very slow. It would take a significantly long time after I sent a maintenance request for them to arrive.

Escogi este lugar por estar cerca de a Academia y bien comunicado. Lugar tranquilo. Habitación demasiado pequeña, algo agobiante. No hicieron limpieza en el mes que estuve. Precio elevado ya que no ofrecen ningún servicio más que una cocina

0/5 DON'T BOOK HERE!!! i booked a studio for 3 nights via Expedia, the pictures on the website looked ok and the reviews too. we received a basement full of mould, with a wet carpet and a terrible smell! after sleeping there for 1 night because we couldn't reach the property we were both sick because of the mould. all our stuff had the smell of this stank! because it is rented via different booking agencies, no one takes responsibility when you have a complaint. the concierge was a friendly guy but couldn't do much since he is not aware of which room is booked and when. the houserules are very strict that you are not allowed to take extra persons except the ones registered, and there was a korean guy sleeping in the hall while his friend who rented a room was having a good time with his girlfriend and he was kicked out in the hall. one month later and we are still awaiting our refunds! 3MONTHS LATER AND ALL PARTIES KEEP POINTING AT EACH OTHER, NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY AND REFUND IS STILL NOT PAID!!!!!!!

Horrible expérience. La chambre est sale les draps sont tachés il y a de la moisissure sur les mure et dans la cabine de douche… Le sol est taché également ! Et l’odeur !!!!! J’ai réussi à réserver un autre hôtel mais j’espère recevoir un remboursement rapidement

I do not recommend it. Avoid it at all costs. The room was only ready at 6 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. Everything was dirty, disgusting, unhygienic, broken, stained, moldy. Even after the cleaning person came, and she arrived at 5 p.m. The floor is stained everywhere, it is better to keep your shoes on. The bathroom is full of mold and limescale. I did not touch the sofa which is full of questionable stains. A horror!! There are no trash cans, no bags, no dishcloths, no paper towels, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days. The air conditioning does not work, it is very hot. It also makes a lot of noise including a clicking sound every minute, you need earplugs to sleep. This place should not be on booking, it is a scam, a real dump. Je déconseille. A fuir absolument. La chambre n'était prête qu'à 18h au lieu de 15h. Tout était sale, dégouttant, non hygiénique, cassé, taché, moisi. Même après le passage de la personne en charge du nettoyage qui est arrivée à 17h. Le sol est tâché partout, il vaut mieux garder ses chaussures. La salle de bain est pleine de moisissures et de calcaire. Je n'ai pas touché au canapé qui est plein de taches douteuses. Une horreur !! Il n'y a pas de poubelles, ni de sachet, pas de torchon, pas d'essuie-tout, que 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes pour 5 jours. La clim ne marche pas, il fait très chaud. Elle fait également beaucoup de bruit dont un cliquetis toutes les minutes, il faut des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir. Ce lieu de devrait pas être sur booking, c'est une arnaque, un vrai taudis.

I lived here for three years and my experience was really positive. The management team is excellent, responding quickly to maintenance requests, organising regular events for students and genuinely care about each of the resident. They also respect privacy while still providing support whenever needed, being attentive to each one of us. The rooms are very spacious and have everything I needed as a student living by myself. 💝

Worst experience at a student accommodation you could’ve had throughout your entire life, high price with poor maintenance, rats will run below your bed when you’re sleeping

We booked this place through booking.com for a short stay. Real Victorian squalor greeted us as soon as we set up foot in the room - from the malfunctioning door which required great strength to open and close, to the grabby furniture, which included ONE kitchen chair only. Everything in this accomodation for 2, is in a quantity of one: one cup, one fork, one knife, one bowl, one plate, one toilet paper roll! Except for the hangers in the wardrobe, of which there was none - so that we had to resort to hanging our jackets on the plastic hooks cheerfully scattered randomly around the battered walls, which haven't seen a paint job in decades - what the walls have seen though, is mysterious lashings of unknown fluids which added a few abstract stains to the room decor. The pièce de resistance however was the carpet - its original colour unknown, and bearing throughout the marks and DNA of previous residents from eras bygone. This look was complemented beautifully by an office chair, which looked as if someone's body had decomposed on it and their fluids had left their imprint in the fabric as an eternal gift to posterity. The whole experience only set us back 450 gbp for a 4 night stay for 2 people - a small price to pay to live the full dickensian London experience.

This is the worst ever place I have been . Main door you need to ram with your shoulder to open and to close it . The carpet I think has never been properly cleaned or even vacuum cleaned in ages , dirty and heavily stained , really a filthy place I was even afraid to put my feet on . The wall behind the bed head was also stained , probably of some organic origin... Toilet door and shower door were also a challenge to open and close . We rented for 2 people , in the toilet there was only one toilet roll so we had to bring some from outside , also in the kitchen everything was by the number of one , 1 fork , 1 glass , 1 plate and so on . No hangers in the wardrobe so we had to use some hooks along the wall and we were afraid would fall on the filthy floor . Not a comfortable place at all to say the least . Strongly advise against renting ! ⚠️⚠️⚠️
