Absolute SCAM. Be careful with this, the same day, FEW HOURS BEFORE YOU ARRIVED TO LONDON, the required documents that you MAY NOT HAVE, just for cancel and try to take our your money. Probably the worst experience in my life in London.

I wouldn’t even give you half a star — unfortunately the system won’t let me go any lower. This place is absolutely unacceptable. The reception is constantly unmanned for no reason — nobody is ever there when you need them. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t answer phone calls, and it honestly feels like the staff just disappear during working hours. I have no idea what they are even doing. And the room? Disgusting. Everything was sticky and dirty, there were insects everywhere, and it was honestly unbearable. It was so filthy that it made me feel sick. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experiencia en AXO Islington II y en la pagina de #Londonist que use para hacer esta reserva. Lo que se aprecia en la pagina web no tiene nada parecido con la realidad, una habitacion sucia y abandonada es lo que encontre. Pero ademas nadie en #Londonist responde a mi reclamacion. Alto costo y una calidad decepcionante, no se lo recomendaria a nadie. Si quieres tener una estancia agradable reserva en otro lugar!!!

Great place to live

Great location with supermarkets, gym, and transport all super close. Makes life really convenient. Only downside is reception isn’t 24/7 anymore — it’s now 9am to 6pm and closed on Sundays.
