Advance Rent is prepaid rent, used as a deposit. After you successfully check in, Advance rent will be deducted from your rent and will not be refunded.

For online payment, please log in to the Account of Unite Students, click the Payments page, enter the rent amount to be paid in the dialog box, click the Pay button, and enter the payment card information. If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2.
