Living here for 1 year for master degree. This place close to the old street tube station which is very convenient. Only takes 20 mins to UCL main campus. The room is clean and Cozy. The furniture is brand new. Especially The big Floor to ceiling Windows. The washing machine and dryer is new. There's convenience store and Kfc Near by. The faculties are very friendly and helpful. Also The rent price is reasonable in London zone 1.

⚠️ Think carefully before choosing this accommodation. I’m currently staying here as a student, and unfortunately my experience so far has been very disappointing. From my first day, I already had concerns about the cleanliness of the accommodation. There was a noticeable amount of dust on the floor, to the point that after walking around my room, the bottoms of my feet became completely black. I expected the room to be properly cleaned before a new resident moved in, so this was a very disappointing first impression. I then had an issue with a parcel. The IQ app showed that my parcel had already been received by the accommodation, so I went to reception to ask where it was. The staff member told me she couldn't find it and asked me to check my room. I did so, but there was nothing there. When I returned and explained this, I was still told that they didn't know where it was, and I had to repeatedly ask them to actually investigate. Eventually, they found the parcel themselves within the accommodation. What frustrated me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of simply helping me resolve the issue, the staff member and her colleague repeatedly blamed me for not having my room number on the parcel. I understand that having the room number is important, but once the accommodation's own system showed that they had received my parcel, I expected the staff to help locate it rather than repeatedly blame me for the problem. I also regularly hear the fire alarm going off, sometimes on a daily basis, and I have not seen clear communication from the accommodation regarding these repeated alarms. This is particularly concerning because it relates directly to residents' safety. Overall, my concerns are not about one isolated incident. From the cleanliness of my room when I first arrived, to the way my parcel issue was handled, to the lack of communication regarding repeated fire alarms, I have been disappointed with the level of service and resident support. If you are considering living here, I strongly recommend doing your research and reading recent reviews carefully before signing a contract. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend choosing this accommodation without first looking carefully into these issues.

I would not recommend this accommodation to others. While the accommodation itself is good, my experience with the staff has been extremely disappointing. I have been staying here for the past two and a half years, and unfortunately, my recent experience with the staff has been very disappointing. The staff have been extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they speak to and deal with residents. I feel that their attitude has become particularly unpleasant because they know I will be leaving the accommodation in a few days. I have also had repeated issues with sending parcels through DPD. This has happened to me several times. On these occasions, I was at the accommodation and available, but the staff told the DPD driver that there was no one available to hand over the parcel. The driver therefore left without taking my parcel. What is particularly frustrating is that the staff did not inform me about what had happened. I only found out afterwards that the parcel had not been collected. After staying here for two and a half years, I expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, especially as a long-term resident. While the accommodation itself is good, the behaviour and communication from the staff have made my recent experience very unpleasant.

Its a nice building and great facilities. Only minus is that the male staff is using the gym during their work time. Its not really usable during 09-14 because they will pop in and take up the machines which makes it scary especially for women. Also the doors are really heave and you will be woken up everynight because people bang them really loudly
