Generally, apartments need 1-2 weeks for overall cleaning of the building. If you can check in early, you need to contact the apartment in August to verify.

Students can provide their room preferences in advance, and we will strive to accommodate them based on availability
If you would like to change your room, please contact your reception team by e-mail or by visiting the front desk. Changes are not guaranteed and will be dependent on current availability. Any room changes after check-in may incur a small fee.

You will need to get in contact with us to schedule an appointment during a 48 hour period prior to your departure date or you will need to be available between Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. The checkout time on your agreed departure date is at 10.00am. Upon the checkout inspection of your room, any damage that might be found in your room will be charged according to your check in inspection notes. Any replacement or damages will be notified to you and will be taken out of your deposit. It is the student’s responsibility on or before the departure date to arrange a deep clean of the room, you can conduct the clean of the room yourself which must be up to a professional standard or you can arrange the clean with a professional cleaner. We can recommend the contact information of a professional cleaner should you wish to use their services.
