It is okay to bring a friend to stay for one night, and you need to report to the apartment if you exceed this time.

Can I book a room if I'm under 18?

Yes, just make sure you are at least 18 years old when you cancel the lease. In this case, you must inform your exclusive consultant in advance.

Can I store luggage at the apartment?

No, before the students actually check in, the apartment does not provide the service of storing luggage on behalf of the students; after checking in, students can ask the front desk

Do I need to clean the room when I check out?

The apartment will be responsible for the cleaning of the room before moving in. After the students move in, the students need to be responsible for the cleaning of the room

The guarantor must be a British national and have an international tax number. If there is no British guarantor, rent needs to be paid in full.
