This is a great place for students to stay! The rooms are cozy and the staff is so nice. Ollie in particular is so friendly and welcoming!

Pretty decent place with nice staff; rooms are adequately sized with nice bathrooms and the kitchens are well sized for sharing. If you have any problems the facilities manager Martine can fix it; always with a smile and a kindly demeanour

The location is good, the rooms are small. The showers are very small, and if you use them you will drench your entire bathroom.

It was a very negative experience. I booked three nights at this “hotel”, and they gave me a room on the 6th floor while the lift was broken. Climbing up and down six floors was already inconvenient, but the bigger problem was the room itself. London has been extremely hot recently, and the room felt almost like a sauna. The lower floors were clearly much cooler, so I asked to change rooms on the first night, especially as the hotel did not seem fully occupied. However, the staff only told me to wait until the next morning. The window could not be fully opened, so there was almost no proper ventilation. I had to keep taking showers just to cool myself down, and I was woken up every morning around 6 a.m. by the heat and the bright light. The next day, I spoke to reception again. They kept saying they had no authority to change my room and repeatedly used the excuse that, because it was the weekend, they could not contact the right person. But this is supposed to be a hotel. Guests should not be left without help simply because it is the weekend. I also contacted Booking.com, but they only said they would submit my request and never provided any real solution. On Sunday morning, I was told that I would need to pay a £75 cleaning fee if I wanted to change rooms. Why should I pay extra when the problem was caused by the hotel providing an unbearably hot room with no proper ventilation? I paid £90 per night. I understand this is relatively cheap for London, but a paying guest should at least be able to sleep properly. Until now, no one has taken responsibility or offered a proper solution.

Generally a really bad experience...especially thinking about how much they charge (up to 2,000 pounds per month!!) for just a 12msq room.....that's proper exploitation of the students. No air conditioning and very bad insulation such that the room becomes a proper oven during spring and summer time... Elevator dismissed for more than 3 weeks.... Stairs with vomit left uncleaned for days... If it costed 200-300 pounds per month, acceptable...but 2000 pounds per month for this is really a joke.

Staff are amazing on every visit. Nice place to be.
