An exceptional experience, a wonderful London home and outstanding personal care. We could not be happier with our experience with Student Luxe! Thanks to their help, we found an excellent serviced apartment at Dolphin Square in Pimlico, a wonderful place to call home during our extended stay in London. The apartments are modern, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, combining contemporary style with practical features that make everyday living easy. Dolphin Square also offers fantastic facilities, adding so much to the comfort and enjoyment of staying here. It is a welcoming setting in which to settle into London life. Finding somewhere suitable for our dog was particularly important to us, so discovering that Dolphin Square is pet-friendly made all the difference. Having our dog with us has made our apartment feel even more like home. Our heartfelt thanks go to Michele Gargiulo, whose dedication, proactive support, kindness and patience have been outstanding. From our very first conversation through to our arrival in London, Michele guided us with genuine care and attention. He also helped us with the necessary paperwork and arrangements to accommodate our dog in the apartment, making this important part of our move much easier. His support did not stop when we moved in: he continues to look after us attentively as our long stay progresses. Knowing that we have someone so approachable and dependable supporting us throughout our time here gives us tremendous peace of mind. Michele also speaks Italian, which has been invaluable when discussing more complex details and practical arrangements. Being able to clarify everything in our own language has helped us feel confident and reassured at every stage. Moving abroad for an extended stay—with a dog—is a significant undertaking, and Michele’s professionalism and personal warmth have made a real difference to our experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Student Luxe to anyone looking for accommodation in London. We had a wonderful stay at Bell Yard in London. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very well maintained, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. The location was excellent and very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. The host and admin team were always helpful, responsive, and professional, and they made our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We had an excellent experience from start to finish and would absolutely choose Student Luxe again for a future stay in London. The people who run student Luxe Could not be more responsive and helpful in getting my daughter, a great place to stay in Paris for several months this year. For anybody who is trying to figure out as an American to get their student who is in a masters program or undergraduate program a place to live for several months. This is the only way to avoid some unbelievable laws that Exist in France! I won’t go into it, but even though this was a little bit more expensive the time value of my money, they saved me so much money and so much time and so many brain cells. But also, I am looking to use with my wife, Student Luxe for a place to stay because of the great service and accurate description of Student Luxe for the place that my daughter stayed at in Paris.All are to be commended for quickly finding me a place near the school where my daughter did part of her double masters program in hospitality management. Also, when there was a problem at the beginning, the company stepped up and quickly fixed it so they will go the extra mile to help you. Everything about what they said the beginning was accurate, including how much money and when I would pay. I look forward to using Student Luxe again for my wife and I when we travel to one of the cities that they have a for us to stay at!

I had a great experience working with Student Luxe during my three-month stay in Paris. From the beginning, K' Mo was incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to help. Finding a longer-term rental in Paris can be challenging, but the process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to K' Mo’s guidance and support. I stayed in the Victor Hugo area, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The neighborhood was safe, beautiful, and very convenient for daily life and getting around the city. The accommodation met my expectations, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. What stood out most was the level of care and responsiveness from the team. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond, and they regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. The only minor drawback was that the apartment did not have a fan. During this summer, Paris experienced some particularly hot days, so having a fan would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I truly appreciate the support I received from K' Mo and the Student Luxe team. They made my stay in Paris much easier and more enjoyable, and I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking for accommodation in the city.

Our student has just returned from London / the LSE Summer School and had a wonderful experience. The accommodations at Bell Yard were ideal for the 7 friends who stayed there together (in 2 apartments) -- location, comfort, convenience, air conditioning (!) are at the top of the list of what they enjoyed / appreciated most. We booked with Student Luxe in January, six months ahead of the LSE program start date and would recommend this to others as housing options fill fast. We cannot say enough about the service and professionalism of Stefan Hrebenciuc throughout the process. From initial inquiry to the final days of the students' occupancy, he was accessible, responsive, helpful, organized, pleasant, affable -- stellar all around! 5+/5 for Stefan and Student Luxe! Would book again and highly recommend!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Student Luxe. My daughter stayed in one of their London apartments for three and a half weeks this summer, and it truly became the perfect home base for her and her roommates. The location was exceptional, the apartment was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor terrace—with Big Ben in the distance—was simply magical. It was where the girls started and ended many of their days, making it feel like so much more than just a place to stay. The Student Luxe team was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about their guests. There was one issue during the stay, and it was resolved quickly and seamlessly. While it's definitely an investment, we felt it was worth every penny. The quality of the accommodations, the incredible location, and the thoughtful care made for an unforgettable experience. I would recommend Student Luxe without hesitation to any family looking for a safe, beautiful, and well-managed place for their student to call home while in London.

We were referred to Stephan and the team at Student Lux by a longtime friend who has used them multiple times. I was in a unique situation having a Daughter with Long-term autoimmune disease. She was fortunate to be accepted to LSE for a summer session, however housing was something that became a source of stress due to the circumstances. Stephan Was able to provide us with several options for her stay. We were able to choose a studio that is air-conditioned, which was necessary for her health and a three minute walk from campus. She's in A wonderful part of London everything is right outside her door. There is 24 hour security and 24 hour check-in doesn't matter what time you arrive, the process was seamless. The concierge Is reachable by email. I have reached out to them almost daily for a variety of questions. They respond in a timely manner and give helpful advice. I have also texted Stephan on weekends and he is always responsive and happy to help with whatever question I have. There's also linen and towel change once a week and cleaning, The studio is pricey, That's a fact, but if you're sending your child, particularly your daughter to another country, the things that are most important are : comfort, safety, security, and location. We are very pleased that we chose Stephan at Student Lux and I highly recommend him!

Mo was very helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process, before my tenancy, during my stay, and even after it ended. I stayed for 10 months, and throughout that time she was always available whenever I needed assistance. The weekly cleaning service and all-inclusive bills made living there very convenient. The building was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and professional. The location was also safe and central.However, I personally found the rent to be significantly above the London market average. I paid around £6,450 per month for a 45–50 sqm apartment with no notable amenities and a fairly ordinary view. While the apartment itself was comfortable, I believe there are better alternatives available at a similar price point.Overall, the service, communication, and support were very good, but I cannot say the same about the value for money. That said, I would like to thank Mo for always being approachable, professional, and willing to help whenever needed.

Recently worked with Student Luxe on a 3-month rental and they were amazing. From the moment we initially reached out, Mo was available and supportive, providing us with various recommendations that fit our needs and helped us navigate the different areas of London. As someone coming from out of the country, navigating summer housing could have been incredibly stressful, but Stefan made the entire process seamless and easy. He was always timely in his responses, incredibly flexible with all of my requests, and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
