I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The building is well maintained, the facilities are great, and the location is very convenient. A special thank you to Nico at the reception team. He has always been incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Whether it was answering questions, or dealing with small issues, Nico always went out of his way to help and made residents feel welcome :)

We would like to thank Anya for all of her help in securing our apartment at Sailmakers. Throughout the process, she was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Anya kept us fully informed at every stage of the referencing process, providing regular updates and answering any questions we had promptly. Her communication and attention to detail gave us confidence and made what can often be a stressful experience much easier to manage. She also worked hard to ensure our move went as smoothly as possible, and we are very grateful for her support and assistance.

Have been living here for two years and have been really enjoying it. The staff are very helpful and attentive, I can't think Orlando, Colin, and Dean enough for all of their help! Facilities are all great and well-maintained, and we really enjoy the events held in the building to bring everyone together.

I recently moved to the Sirocco Tower, Marnie has been supportive and managed everything spectacularly from the beginning and i had a smooth and wonderful move in. Anya always has been so friendly and helpful when I needed to find my way around. They make me feel so supported, and I’m so grateful.

We’ve lived at Sailmakers for over a year, and the experience has been genuinely wonderful. The apartments are well maintained, comfortable, and the communal areas are always kept in excellent condition. What truly makes the place stand out, though, is the people — especially Colin. From day one, Colin has been an absolute star. He has gone above and beyond in helping us with everything around the apartment. Whether it was fixing issues quickly, improving things we didn’t even realise could be better, or even taking the extra time to help build a table and make sure everything was perfect, he always did it with care and attention. Colin is not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely charming, positive, and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for him, and he always makes sure things are done properly rather than just quickly. His attitude and professionalism really make a difference to everyday living here. The wider team is also fantastic — always friendly, responsive, and welcoming — which creates a great atmosphere throughout the building.

Kam helped us with the lease. She was very accommodating and extremely efficient. A Professional and an absolute gem. The front office staff, Francesco is very friendly and always helpful. A shout out to Darian and Emilia for always been cordial and helpful. We just moved in and the experience so far has been above expectations.

As a relocation company we are always looking for the right property providers to help support our clients. We have certainly done that with the team over at Sailmakers. Francois and Michael have been very helpful and are very professional and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble, they both keep the lines of communication open if we ever have any queries. We look forward to all future work with their team.

Orlando, Colin and Dean from the maintenance team are just amazing!! A lot of the maintenance requests are usually handled within hours of requesting them. And they also take their time in explaining the process, which helps! Such a wonderful bunch of individuals. Really appreciate their support.

I had a really great experience with Niko at Sailmakers. I called on Sunday needing help locating a package, and Niko was incredibly kind and professional from the start. He explained that he needed to remain at the desk and couldn’t step away, but assured me he would check and get back to me — which he did very promptly. He was thorough, proactive, and genuinely helpful, and he managed to find my package!! It made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Thank you, Niko! 😁

​I had a fantastic experience with Colin from the maintenance team. He arrived promptly after our request was put on the app. He was polite and professional. Not only did he efficiently handle the initial repairs, but he also took the initiative to fix another ongoing issue he noticed while on-site. I have had good experiences previously too. Truly excellent service—thank you, Colin!
