Excellent stay at Yugo Element Bermondsey. The residence is clean, modern, and very well located. A big thank you to Andy and Nora for their warm welcome, professionalism, and constant support. Special thanks as well to Mohamed, the security officer, who is always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The whole team helps create a welcoming and safe environment. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for quality accommodation in London.

​I had an amazing check-in experience, all thanks to Mohammed Shoieb from the security team. He went above and beyond by personally escorting me to my room and taking the time to explain how everything works—from the laundry and kitchen appliances to the gym facilities. His professional and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. Huge thanks to Mohammed for his exceptional service!

The area is great: the bus station within a minute walking distance, there is a lovely park right next to the Element… you can reach nearest Sainsbury by walking in 2 minutes or Tesco in 10. The dorm is new (everything is nice and clean), rooms/studios are spacious with plentiful storage. Pictures posted by management are absolutely reliable, though rooms appear even somewhat larger in real! Being far away from home, it means a LOT having lovely people managing the building. From the day 1 with moving in, Martin was so helpful. He and Aaliyah are just amazing. No matter what the issue is they will help.
