Aldgate Tower Bridge

Really enjoyed my stay at Wilde Aparthotels Aldgate. The room was very clean and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The bathroom and kitchen area were spotless, the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely prepared when I arrived. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in keeping the rooms to a high standard. Would happily stay again.

Clean and good facilities, great choice for business travel. Only downside is, it is near Whitechapel, which can be interesting if arriving at night

Nice room and nice staffs (thank you, Alhaz!) The hotel is a little bit far away from stations but everything else was amazing.

The location is nice, the room looks like the photos, the service is very bad. Do not book early check-in. We arrived at Wilde to find that the room was not ready for the 12 p.m. early check-in, despite the fact that I had it on the reservation since November 2025. Staff said that the room would be ready for us by 1:40 p.m., so we went for a brief walk and returned just before the promised time. That time came and went and the room wasn't actually ready until 2:45 p.m. We kept being told 10 more minutes, just finishing up. If the front desk had been honest and said the room would be ready by 3 p.m. we would have gone and done something with the day. This was such a waste of time and a waste of an afternoon. We spoke with the manager about how they shouldn't offer a service if they just ignore it. He pointed out that the website says the service was subject to availability, that they were not at fault, and he did not care that the other staff members kept promising times that kept us waiting. The only thing he said they would refund the early check-in fee like it was a great service to us. No kidding you will refund the thing you explicitly did not do. The whole experience turned me off ever staying at Wilde again.

We had a very pleasant 6-day stay at this hotel. The property was quiet, peaceful, clean, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the small in-room kitchen with plates, glasses, a microwave, and other useful facilities. The room was a little compact, but considering the price, it was perfectly reasonable. The staff were very cordial and helpful, and the 24-hour food service was convenient, especially when we needed a late-night meal. The location was also excellent, with a bus stop right opposite the hotel and underground stations about a 10-minute walk away. Our stay was completely hassle-free, and we were left undisturbed throughout. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, which I believe is done once every four days. More frequent cleaning would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was very excited to stay here and the service we got from their lovely and helpful staff lived up to expectations however the staff didnt quite match the actual stay in our room unfortunately. I always only leave 5 stars on my account but thought i would leave a review to help fellow travellers considering this hotel. We stayed in studio room 1102 if that helps anyones' future stays Good: 1.the staff 2.the downstairs entrance bit was modern and welcoming 3.the cleanliness of the room 4. the shower was powerful and stayed hot, 5. the bed was comfy. 6. Quiet and you can't hear other guests 7. View was good Not so good parts: 1. the air con was absolutely terrible. The whole time i was in the room I felt like I couldnt wait to leave. It wasn't even a hot day but we felt clostrophobic in the room and it was stuffy. The windows do not open and the room we were in was very small and pokey (the ceilings are really low.... I felt trapped the whole time) The staff did kindly bring us a fan which was only any good though when pointed directly and stood right next to it. We even had to open the fridge to try to cool the room down. 2. The fire alarm woke us up in the morning at a stupid time...on a sunday...i guess having no ventilation plus toasters/ovens is not a good combination 3. Lifts are really slow there's only 2 lifts and one wasn't working for a while when we were there. 4. Not sure the kitchens are that necessary for the smaller rooms....give people more space and air con that works. 5. Some sketchy areas in the location if walking around at night Hope this helps anyone. I would have probably felt better paying less for this hotel. But when you are charging quite alot I would expect the same standard of a novotel for example. The air con really needs to work if you are not giving people a window to open!

I stayed at wilde aldgate for two months, it was a pleasant stay but what truly made it memorable is the receptionists! They were the nicest people ever, especially Nazia and Nurbol! They were always there if we need any help. They made sure we had smooth stay and offer assistance for anything. They were extremely kind and welcoming. When I checked out, I had 4 heavy bags. They helped with them, Nurbol stayed with me outside at night to wait for my uber! And helped again putting them in the car. I sincerely appreciated their hospitality and kindness. To me they made going back to Wilde a must. Because they’re my friends now! Nazia and Nurbol, thank you so much for everything! And the rest of the nice receptionists too!

Went in for a tea and the hospitality and atmosphere was brilliant. Cleanliness was up kept and Gina provided excellent customer service throughout the entire time. Highly recommend.

Me he alojado con mi hijo 3 noches y ha sido todo un acierto. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro y el aparthotel está a 5 minutos caminando de la estación de metro Aldgate East por la que pasan 3 líneas diferentes, una de ellas te deja en 10 minutos en Wesminster. Nosotros teníamos un estudio para dos al que no le faltaba detalle. Cocina muy bien equipada, camas muy cómodas, y todo tipo de amenities. No tenía un armario como tal, pero mucho espacio para guardar maletas y ropa y unas vistas increíbles! A señalar la amabilidad de todo el personal sin excepción. Totalmente recomendable.

Nach mehreren Aufenhalten in den Wilde Aparthotels in London muss ich dieses Mal kleine Abstriche beim Thema Sauberkeit und Vollständigkeit machen. Zugestaubte Regale und in der Küchenzeile ein fehlender Spüllappen sind keine große Sache, aber unschön.

Great new apartments, cooking facilities are excellent

This aparthotel was brilliant. Had the best sleep. Room facilities were great so we could do our own thing for breakfast and the beds were super comfy. The place also has such an amazing smell. Apparently they have a list of the products they use on their website so I’ll be sure to check that out. Nazia is an absolute icon and such a sweetheart. The wee card she left in our room when we arrived was so adorable. She knows how to make your stay personal. Would 100% stay here again.

I stayed here for my friend’s first time in London. Nurbol gave us such a warm welcome, gave us amazing recommendations for the area and made us feel right at home. Thank you to his kind colleague Nazia as well for making our stay so great. We will definitely be back very soon!
