GP-Duke Of Wellington Avenue

Staying in any of the west halls is a bad decision and the security are a nightmare to deal with, like living in a prison.

The location is perfect as it is right next to East Building and only about 3 mins away from Cyprus Station. Cleaning crew comes once a week and the wifi is very good (Even able to watch 4 football games at the same time without problems). However the social aspect wasn't great but that depends on who are your flatmates.

Cozy room, safe environment, close to transport facilities. Everything is on top notch.

Location: Part of UEL’s Docklands Campus (West Halls) Close to Cyprus DLR station Room Types: En-suite rooms with shared premium kitchens Wheelchair-accessible rooms available Facilities: Free Wi-Fi, CCTV, 24-hour patrol, laundry, and common areas Pros: Good location and security Reasonable rent for London (£175–£182/week) Some students found the social experience rewarding Cons: Mixed reviews on room quality (some felt it was basic or small) No lift access (not ideal for upper-floor accessibility)

The people you live with will make it worth while. If anything you’d get more in a jail cell.

I love how the structure of the accommodations are

Decent rooms but get dusty really quickly and musty in the summer
