Ark Wembley

We had a great stay at Ark Wembley. The location was perfect for the concert we were attending at the stadium, with just a 10-minute walk to the station, making it really convenient to get around. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A real highlight was the staff – every member of the team we spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They went out of their way to answer our questions, made the car parking process really straightforward, and made us feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay in a fantastic location. We’d happily stay at Ark Wembley again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area for an event.

A wonderful place to stay and see incredible for the price. The location is great for easy access to transport and the stadium and Wembley park shopping centre. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped with my requests for extra coffee for the room and storage for my cases so I could explore Wembley a little more before my travel back. The roof terrace has amazing views and so many lovely. Stylish communal areas to eat, work or just chill with a book. Loved the old duke box. Will be staying again.

I’ve had a great experience living at Ark Wembley, and I’m now entering my fourth year here, which speaks for itself. The building is well maintained, the facilities are modern, and the location is great. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and quick to help whenever any issues arise. The maintenance team responds promptly, and the reception team creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes the building feel like home. A special thank you to Eli at the reception, who always greets residents with a warm smile and is consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. It’s the little things like this that make a real difference to the overall experience. ☺️☺️

I don’t usually feel comfortable in every place I stay, but I really felt at home here. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Since I was on my own, the location was very important to me. I felt comfortable walking around at night, and the area felt safe, lively, and convenient. It’s also very close to Wembley Stadium, which was a big plus. Although it’s in Zone 4, I didn’t have any problems getting to central London, and the transport connections were very convenient. I also really loved the decoration. It has a very nice and stylish atmosphere, which made the place feel even more special. Overall, I had a really lovely experience here 💐

My friend and I stayed here 18/06-20/06 for a Harry Styles concert and couldnt recommend it enough! The venue is literally just round the corner from Wembley Stadium so it couldn’t be more ideal for anyone looking for somewhere to stay for an event that, like us, wants to avoid the tedious queues to get home or to the underground or simply somewhere nice to stay on any trip to London as the station is also only a 10 minute walk. We were warmly welcomed late on the Thursday night by James and headed up to our room: clean rooms, comfortable bed, great size for 2, hotel amenities (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, biscuits etc), the reception area is very modern with areas to sit and relax with sockets to charge phones etc which is where we sat prior to our flight. The only issue we had was that we quickly discovered that our air conditioning wasn’t working which wasn’t ideal as it was peak summer heatwave and was sooo hot but of course as we arrived late we understandably couldn’t get a fan due to none left or someone to come check it as it was night time, these things happen! The next day we spoke to Norman and another girl (apologies we didn’t get her name) but both couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding! We got moved to a new room thanks to Norman and wowwww what a difference, the air con was unbelievable.. to the point we had to turn it down because we were that cold (in the best way possible, considering we had been struggling with the 30 degree heat outside). The staff are an absolute credit to the company, they were all so so helpful and friendly.. special shout out to James, Norman (and again apologies as we didn’t get the girl from friday or the other man’s from the Saturday names who we also spoke with) and also to Ishy in the reservations team for helping us with an excellent resolution for the night we “lost” due to the aircon. We look forward to coming back!

Worst hotel experience. Room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. Dirty plates, dirty shower cabin. Service is terrible. Worst then terrible. Paid for 4 star hotel and they don’t have hair dryer in the room. Asked 4 times in 2 days for hair dryer and they told us that someone needs to return it so we can get it. Asked the second day fresh towels and they told us on reception that we need to wait one hour so that guy who works on the reception can go get them. 12 stories high hotel and 2-3 employees. ?!?!?! Our room wasn’t cleaned during our whole stay. Staff are extremely slow to respond and poorly trained. Endless promises, but no reaction or any will to help the guest. This should not be 4 star hotel. If the goal is to have only residents then do not accept guests for couple of nights. The only thing for 4 star hotel here is the price.

It’s an awesome place to stay. Only the car park charge is quite high for customers who are staying at the place. Norman is a very good staff and very helpful. Thanks a lot ARK.

The listing photos are edited with AI. The first room we got was NOTHING like the picture, wasn’t cozy at all and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Second room was better but still not anything like the photos. We messaged the owner on booking.com as advised by booking.com and the NEVER got back to us which is extremely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed

Wonderful stay with my daughter. Everything about the Ark was amazing. We will definitely be returning. I would like to commend a member of staff who was off duty but jumped in to check us in after the Receptionist was required to support other residents upstairs. Shams was hugely responsive, apologetic by our wait and despite been off duty was highly professional, kind and helpful. He is a true star and is an absolute credit to the Ark. Thank you Shams for your brilliance.

Had a lovely stay. Norman at the front desk was very helpful and had no issues at all.

Norman was a diamond, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and they even let me keep my var a little while after checkout so I could have lunch with a friend before I left. Absolutely perfect place for a Wembley event.
