Bloom Nine Elms

Been at Bloom for a while now and wanted to give a shout out to Kimberlyn. My washing machine packed in last week and she had someone up to look at it the same day, no back and forth, no chasing. Got a message from her the next morning to check it was all working again, which I did not expect. She always says hello when you go past reception and just gets things done. Building is lovely but it is people like her that make it feel like home.

Kimberlin at Bloom London has been absolutely lovely. She’s always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful whenever we need anything. She’s really made our stay easier and has always been happy to help. We really appreciate her and would definitely recommend Bloom London!

Been a resident here for over a year now, incredible place to live, feel very safe especially with Emilianenko at the reception desk. Best part isn’t the pool or the rooftop is the community, the people and all the members of staff!

He was very helpful, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process, and always did his best to answer my questions and help when I needed it. We’ve had a fantastic experience throughout the whole process, and we would especially like to thank two people who made such a difference: Abdo Dada and Kimberlyn. Christopher head of maintenance went out of his way to resolve a small issue I had with a fan and an outlet not working in my apartment. Took care of both immediately even though his team was fully allocated to working on other tickets. Appreciate the amazing service. Thank you again!

We have been incredibly happy with our experience with our 3 brm Bloom apartment, but what has really stood out has been the exceptional help and support we have received throughout the whole process from Anson, so responsive and genuinely caring, going above and beyond to make our international move go as smoothly & stressfree as possible. The apartment has been well maintained as is with all the many extra areas the building offers. Close to transport and supermarkets make this apartment building an excellent choice, very happy with our new home.

We absolutely love living at Bloom Apartments! The amenities are amazing, and the community has been such a great place to call home. From the moment we first toured, we knew Bloom was different, and a huge part of that was because of Anson. Anson was incredibly thorough, friendly, and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood everything, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the right home. He really won us over compared with all the other residences we were considering, and we’re so glad he did! Now that we’re living here, we can honestly say we made the right choice. We love our apartment, the amenities, and the overall experience at Bloom. Anson made such a fantastic first impression and continues to be a wonderful representation of the community. We couldn’t recommend Bloom and especially Anson enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A huge thank you to Abdo for all his help! I had quite a few questions and some unexpected issues during my application, and he was always kind, approachable and willing to help. What really stood out to me was how much effort he put into getting things sorted. Whenever I ran into a problem, he would look into it, keep me updated and make sure I knew what was happening. Even with smaller questions about my apartment, he has always been happy to help. It made the whole experience feel much more reassuring and personal. Experience has been great so far. Living here does feel like you’re living in a hotel with all the amenities and staff here to help. It’s lovely and quiet in the flat, when our fridge thermostat broke it was repaired the same day by the onsite maintenance team and Anson was very helpful during the onboarding process. Dog spa is a game changer for anyone with pets If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, highly recommend
