Spectacular apartments with amazing views! Ben and team were super helpful and proactive in turning everything around to get me moved in in less than a week. The apartments themselves are well designed, with great amenities like air conditioning and even regular cleaning, plus daily residents’ happy hour in the hotel’s Japanese restaurant! The rooftop gardens are beautiful and the concierge is very helpful and friendly. Transport links are very convenient and Westfield is right on your doorstep.

Worst leasing team ever. Cancelled my viewing because apparently they don’t show apartments 2 months in advance. You can never get hold of any agent in the leasing team, very slow emails and rude attitude. What a team, I wish them the best of luck earning peoples trust.

Unprofessional staff. Claimed we had our offer approved on a flat in the building, but then it was quickly revealed that the terms of our offer were ignored and they could hike the price each year! Never respond to calls or emails, and continue to mis-advertise what's available with their partners (Foxtons, etc).

This building agent is really ridiculous, I pay 240 pounds professional clean fee after I move out. And they do the room check before the professional cleaning and charge me 600 pounds for decorations. The report stated all the inventory is in good condition but need cleaning. That’s cheating.

I strongly advise people not to rent an apartment here. The team manager(Residential Property Manager), is arrogant and extremely inefficient. You will wait endlessly for issues to be dealt with, yet somehow be blamed and questioned for not replying fast enough. Communication is one-sided and frustrating. She behaves as if she is the residents’ boss, not a support staff member, which makes every interaction unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. If you value your time, peace of mind, or even a small chance of getting your deposit back, stay away from this apartment.
