I would like to thank Reena, who represents St George( Green Quarter-Southall), for her prompt response and support in resolving the mould and damp issues in my flat. From the outset, she handled the situation with a high level of professionalism and care, ensuring that the matter was taken seriously and addressed without unnecessary delay. Reena coordinated effectively with the contractors and kept me informed throughout the process, which was very reassuring given the nature of the issue. Her attention to detail and willingness to follow up made a significant difference in ensuring that the problem was properly assessed and managed. The Green Quarter has been a blessing for my business. I host all my IKB EVENTWORKS networking, exhibitions and community events here. The Green Quarter by Berkeley Homes has truly transformed this part of Southall. The scale of the development is incredible, and the attention to detail from the architecture to the beautifully designed public spaces has brought a fresh, vibrant energy to the area. It’s no surprise that so many people are now drawn to Southall to experience what’s being created here. As part of the Green Quarter community, with our Brilliant Gastro by Dipna Anand located within Parkside Yards, we couldn’t be more proud to play a role in this landmark development. Working alongside Berkeley Homes has been nothing short of exceptional; their standards, vision, and commitment to quality are genuinely impeccable. To have our brand associated with such a forward-thinking project is truly an honour. Celebrating 50 years of our culinary heritage, and now over six months of trading at our Gastro Pub on site, we’ve seen firsthand the sense of community that has formed here. From the management team to fellow vendors and tenants, the collaboration and support are remarkable. We’ve also had the chance to view some of the apartments, and the build quality and finishes consistently impress. The Green Quarter is more than a development, it’s a thriving destination and a testament to what thoughtful regeneration can achieve. We’re incredibly proud to be part of it.

Over the past two years, since POD Management assumed responsibility, the estate’s overall condition has noticeably declined. For example, waste collection services have recently been missed for nearly two weeks, with no prior communication to residents across any of the blocks, resulting in widespread disruption. This is not an isolated occurrence but part of a broader pattern of inconsistent management. While the estate continues to be marketed effectively, the day-to-day maintenance and operational standards do not currently align with those expectations.
