Quite a posh looking place. Unfortunately nowhere to park.

Modern building, well located and perfect for living.

A lovely residential building in-between Peckham and Bermondsey. Staff are really friendly, building is clean and well maintained. As a warning, if you are a light sleeper this place might not be the ideal place for you to live as there are sirens going off every 5 minutes on Old Kent Road, which means having the window open isn't a viable option. The knock on effect of this is with the windows closed the apartments become stuffy and too warm, which then also reduces the quality of your sleep. If you're someone that runs cold and is a deep sleeper, then you're set

Great residential building. New build, Very well maintained, great staff, and a very good spot in the neighbourhood. Not super-well connected though in terms of commute. But you save in rent, so you’re still better off than elsewhere!
