Early Move-in Policy
If you wish to arrive earlier than your contract start date, you need to email or call the sales team on 0330 127 8445 or salesenquiries@prestigestudentliving.com. If early arrival is possible your contract will be adjusted and you will need to accept it then pay the additional charges prior to arrival. Please note, not all requests can be accommodated.
Room Assignment Policy
If you follow the "Book Now" process, you can choose the room you like, or you can make special requests within the "Create Application" route. We will do our best to meet them, but all requests are subject to availability and conditions.
Room Change Policy
You need to submit a formal application to the accommodation team of the house you are staying in. If you apply to change rooms during the lease period, you will also receive new documents confirming the details of the room change. You need to sign or accept them online. If the price of your new room is higher, you and your sponsor will bear the higher rent from the date of your check-in
