I'd been there to visit a friend and everything was so stunning in it . Especially the inner apartment looks so luxurious .
very good and there Alot of gypsy people living in the pan peninsula.
I wanted to share my review after completing my tenancy. The building itself has many positives. The location is excellent, Canary Wharf is within walking distance, the concierge team were always friendly and helpful, and the facilities are generally good. I enjoyed living at Pan Peninsula and would happily recommend the building itself. However, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to pay close attention to which letting agent manages the property. Unfortunately, my tenancy was managed by Chase Evans, and it turned what should have been a straightforward rental into the worst renting experience I have had in seven years living in the UK. My tenancy began with being given the wrong keys, an apartment that was not ready for occupation despite assurances it had been professionally cleaned, and a failed check-in that resulted in me making a 9-hour round trip back to Manchester without being able to move in. The first attached photographs show the condition of the apartment on my move-in day. Unfortunately, the checkout process was no better. Despite following Chase Evans' instructions throughout my tenancy, paying £270 for their recommended professional cleaning company, obtaining written authorisation to dispose of items left by the previous tenant, and reporting maintenance issues during my tenancy, I was later presented with proposed deductions totalling £1,650. During the dispute, I repeatedly had to provide evidence from Chase Evans' own WhatsApp messages, emails and recommended contractors to challenge deductions. In my view, much of this information should already have been available to the managing agent before any proposals were put forward. I have attached evidence so readers can make their own judgement. During my time living at Pan Peninsula, I also heard similar complaints from other residents regarding Chase Evans' management. I cannot verify anyone else's individual experience, so I can only speak for my own, but it certainly left me with the impression that my case was not an isolated one. My advice is simple: if you are considering renting at Pan Peninsula, I would recommend the building, but I would be extremely cautious about renting a property managed by Chase Evans. Ask who the managing agent is before signing anything, and if it is Chase Evans, make sure every instruction and agreement is confirmed in writing and keep copies of every email and WhatsApp conversation.

Management not up to the standard of many other buildings in the area that are not so renowned. The policy is oppressive and inefficient, the costs are disproportionate and some services are unacceptable, just mention the imposed electricity provider, Communal Energy Partners which is almost fraudulent.
Very rude and unhelpful concierge. Completely unacceptable for a building that is supposed to be luxurious.
Very bad concierge. He’s always impolite and talks to you as if he’s your boss. You pay service fee to hire a boss who tells you what exactly you should do and what you shouldn’t.
Editing my rating to one star. Just do not try to live in the studio apartments here. The balconies are so close and the neighbors talk loudly on their phones all the time that you can't even sleep at night. I just want to leave this place badly. Smokers so casually smoking everywhere! Making it hell for the people who are allergic to smoke or have kids or elder people around. Even a walk down the hallway to reach the elevator seems a task. The apartments, their balconies are in close proximity to each other. Noise issues from neighbours and the ongoing construction site down is also there. I wish the smokers become a little considerate about the people in their vicinity. I get severe headaches with even a small amount of inhalation. There have been burnt cigarettes falling down from the balcony above which has caused fire in Pan Peninsula the past as well. Even then the apartment lacks stringent rules and regulations against this. Why can't the development have dedicated isolated smoking zones just like other apartments. This whole idea of smoking inside the apartments should be banned! Not only the smokers jeopardises their health but also others.
Very good accommodation!
