The landscaped central area introduces a softer layer—trees, planting, and seating that break the rigidity without disrupting the composition. This balance between built form and natural elements is particularly effective. Circulation is intuitive and unobstructed, giving the square a quiet functionality. It is not designed to impress through ornamentation, but through proportion, rhythm, and usability. A composed and contemporary urban space—measured, coherent, and quietly refined.

One my favourite spots in central London

Molto vicino a Oxford street the plaza è un complesso privato ma aperto nelle ore lavorative. È un oasi di verde utilizzabile da tutti. È probabilmente un giardino delle case circostanti ed è molto bello dal punto fi vista del design. Vi si accede attraverso due passaggi in ceramica smaltata color giada agli angoli settentrionali della piazza. Sono presenti elementi di acqua e boschetto perfettamente combinati. Bella dal punto di vista architettonica. Sono presenti sedie e gradoni per potersi rilassare.

A tan solo 5 minutos de Oxford Street - La Plaza que es privada pero de acceso público en horario comercial es una chulería de buen hacer arquitectónico. Elementos de agua y arboleda perfectamente combinados. Ignoro la fecha de construcción pero ha de ser relativamente reciente. No se la pierdan si están interesados en moderna (y sostenible) arquitectura. Ahora ya solo falta que alguien me regale un Penthouse.. Aunque este sea pequeño.

Nice controlled place, but dogs on the grass have caused predictable issues. Water fountain now fuxed and retail recovery needed. Tree has nice blossom (see photos)

Give Mark Lucas his van back. And if you can't, compensate him. Don't be so unsympathetic and greedy.

Lovely little place of peace and tranquillity allowing you to sit and put the big city to one side for a few minutes

The invitation was given and taken up by me to attend their headquarters. It was a very welcoming seminar where we heard an interesting career testimonial of a man with 20 years experience in software and technology. I'm wishing to be back again when the next invitation comes.
