Cancellation policy 1. After paying the advanced rent of 250 pounds, if you initiate a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. 2. If you fail to pay the first installment on time, the order will be cancelled and the advanced rent will not be refunded. 3. Cancellation > 6 weeks before the start of the lease: an advanced rent of 250 pounds + a service fee of 250 pounds will be charged. 4. Cancellation ≤ 6 weeks before the start of the lease: an advanced rent of 250 pounds + a service fee of 250 pounds + 6 weeks' rent will be charged. 5. After the start of the lease: the contract cannot be cancelled and the payment will not be refunded. 6. Special terms: No Visa No Pay 14 days before the start of the lease, with the official visa refusal notice issued by the UK Immigration Department, you must submit an email to us within 3 working days after receiving the visa refusal decision Cancellation can apply for a refund of all fees except the advanced rent.
