Nuestra estancia de más de 1 mes ha sido maravillosa.Todo el personal de Chapter Lewisham desde la recepción y la limpieza hasta y especialmente Cristina y Luis que con su dominio del Español hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El desayuno bastante completo. Seguro volveremos y lo recomendaremos. Aunque nos gustaría al volver tener una mejora en la habitación y en el precio.Muchas gracias por todo .

Solo traveller visiting London this Summer including through the heatwave. Stayed at the Chapter Lewisham for nearly a month and checked out yesterday.Amazing location and safe location which I must admit being only around 10 mins to London Bridge was handy!Staff all lovely - special thanks to Mariya (An absolute asset to Chapter) and her team on the reception and not to forget the security guy on nights...

I had a wonderful 22-day stay at Chapter Lewisham London and truly enjoyed my time there. A special thanks to Dino, the lovely and friendly manager, and to the entire front desk team. I remember a few names—Anisa Kery, Uvis, Cristina, and Said—but everyone at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I’m sorry I couldn’t ask for everyone’s names, as I’m a very shy person! Please forgive me if I have misspelled any names or misunderstood the pronunciation. I stayed in a studio room with a fully equipped kitchen, which made my long stay very comfortable. The location was also excellent for travelling around London, with a bus stop right below the hotel and Lewisham train station just about a 2-minute walk away. A big thumbs up to the entire team—you all deserve it! Thank you for all your kindness, help, and warm smiles throughout my stay. I would definitely choose Chapter Lewisham again if I visit London in the future.

The staff are impeccable, especially Cristina! The cleanliness is good, and the location is nice.

Booking was made through Booking.com. It was paid in full and approved by the management team. Two days later it was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. When I checked again on the website, there was availability on other rooms. They didn’t bother to relocate. No solution offered or compensation was made. Terrible service by them and Booking.com. I won’t recommend at all! I hope they treat better to their students! I have recently discovered this is a student’s hall! Avoid!

I was here over the summer for three months and my experience was absolutely shocking. Half the time the lifts were out of service which has made life very difficult being on the top floor and having to take laundry or heavy luggage down multiple flights of stairs. When I first arrived, my toilet seat was broken and completely detached and leaking rust-like fluid (see attached) and I was told it would be fixed but maintenance didn’t show. I’ve reported this on multiple occasions and was told maintenance would fix this and they did not up until the end of my tenancy. I had also requested to have a quieter room away from the kitchen to my agent and she said she had arranged this and then when I was placed in my room in the middle of the kitchen the agent acts dismissive and says the rooms are fully booked. If that were to be the case, it should have been mentioned that this arrangement couldn’t be fulfilled rather than me committing to a contract after the agent confirmed she would offer me a quieter room away from the kitchen on multiple occasions. The washing machine facilities regularly breakdown leaving only 2/3 machines available which causes significant distress across many students who want to wash their clothes. We did not have bi weekly cleaners as mentioned too that left communal spaces quite dirty. The bathrooms itself gets very humid and there was no working ventilation. Overall a horrible experience and I’m glad to close this chapter at chapter Lewisham !!

parto col dire che questa è stata probabilmente l’estate più calda a Londra di sempre. Arriviamo in camera con 40 gradi fuori e ci hanno messo a disposizione solo un piumone invernale, cuscini pesanti, 1 solo asciugamano a testa per 1 settimana e niente aria condizionata. abbiamo passato le prime notti più calde da incubo, senza dimenticarci del rumore del treno che passa ogni 5 minuti da NON sottovalutare. La colazione era ok, cibo confezionato, posti x la colazione abbastanza limitati. Il personale in reception in generale non ci ha dato praticamente nessuna informazione utile, come il fatto che bisogna portare la propria tazza dalla camera alla sala per fare colazione perché il posto non dispone di tazze usa e getta (completamente d’accordo ma almeno avvisami e non farmi fare 7 piani su e giù per prendermi le tazze alle 8 del mattino. In sostanza, se volete risparmiare è ok, si trova vicino alla stazione che a parte le notti da incubo è molto comodo per andare in centro velocemente.

- We booked a deluxe studio for two, but it was actually a room for one person. The bed is too small for two adults and the mattress was too soft that we both had back pain. - It was too noisy at night. We could hear clearly the sirens, cars and people talking outside. - The room had kind of smell of a dirty kitchen. - It was warmer than outside but when we opened the window, the noise would be too loud. - See the pictures attached. Good points: Near the train station; Breakfast included; Refrigerator. I would not recommend this place for tourists.

Residenza per lo più per studenti. Vicino alla stazione dei treni e comodissimo per i pullman. Posto molto tranquillo. Li vicino c'è anche un supermercato. Camera ben illuminata. Con la portafinestra aperta di notte dormi addirittura coperto. Camera pulita e dotata di kit di cortesia per il bagno. C'è una piccola cucina dotata di utensili. La colazione avviene al piano terra dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8.30 alle 10.30 (consiglio di arrivare presto) non c'è una gran scelta ma è buona. Reception aperta 24/24 e personale molto gentile.

Good location, close to London Bridge, well communicated. Breakfast only served during weekdays, I was expecting more variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had bed bugs. I made a complaint online and talked to the hotel manager but we didn’t receive any compensation. Really annoying, wished the staff were a little bit more helpful and that they replied to their enquiries online.

Açıkçası, tüm ekibin bu kadar güler yüzlü ve destekleyici olması beni ayrıca etkiledi. Yaşadığım olumsuz deneyimin rezidanstan değil, GoBritanya kaynaklı süreçlerden kaynaklandığını özellikle belirtmek isterim. İlk gün karşılaştığım mağduriyet, iletişim eksikliği ve organizasyon problemleri nedeniyle oldukça zor bir başlangıç yaptım. Ancak rezidans personelinin anlayışlı yaklaşımı ve destekleri sayesinde bu olumsuz deneyimin etkisi büyük ölçüde azaldı. enjoyed the communal kitchen and weekday breakfasts. reception and cleaning staff were lovely too. shoutout to christina, anisa, the chinese speaking receptionist lady and the cool security guy who comes at night lol. laundry prices are absurd though
