I’ve had a good experience living at Landmark Pinnacle. The building is well maintained, and the facilities are convenient for residents. I would also like to mention Chadi and Shakir who are always polite and helpful when assistance is needed. The concierge and management team generally do their best to support residents and keep things running smoothly. Overall, it is a comfortable place to live, and I appreciate the efforts made by the staff.

Concierge is perfect. Neibourghs are great. The facilities are not designed and installed perfectly. The lift for the higher floors are always broken. The hot water and water system broken down a couple of times last year.

I’ve been living at Landmark Pinnacle for five years now, and I’m very happy here. The building itself is fantastic, with amazing amenities. What really stands out, though, is the sense of community and the effort the team puts into creating it. Yesterday’s event was a perfect example - live musicians, drinks, neighbours at the lounge, and lovely staff, who is part of our family: Shakir, James, Chadi, Olu, Sam, Mark, Anna, Francis, Maya, Nicole, gym trainers and many others. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Overall, Landmark Pinnacle isn’t just a place to live — it genuinely feels like a well-managed and welcoming community, love love love

Couldn’t be happier to have Shakir and his team work at Landmark Pinnacle concierge. Friendly greeting every time passing, being responsive whenever getting in touch bu phoned email or by person. Quickly put into action when needed. Knowledgeable of building and residents. Be able to quickly spot anything suspicious, having Shakir and his team at concierge makes me feel secured. (fr. 5705)

The Chinese New Year celebration on 18 February was a truly vibrant and well-organised event. The atmosphere was colourful, welcoming and thoughtfully curated, creating a great sense of community within Landmark Pinnacle. I particularly appreciated the fact that the event was structured within a one-hour time frame. This makes it accessible to more residents, as it allows people to attend comfortably before or after dinner — a very smart format that encourages wider participation. It was also a valuable opportunity for networking and connecting with fellow residents. I had the pleasure of meeting several other Italian residents, and we have since created a residents’ chat group, which is a great example of how these events genuinely strengthen community ties. Thank you to the Concierge team for organising such a thoughtful and engaging celebration. Looking forward to future events.

TOWER OF TERROR. I live on the 69th floor of the Landmark Pinnacle which has become a daily struggle with chronic as well as dangerous lift failures. What should be a flagship residential sky scraper has instead become a daily endurance test where residents joke about how "we take our chances". The situation has been ongoing for 5 years now. It was something I used to say (in my typically optimistic way) “oh it's only teething problems with a new building.” This has proven to be sadly untrue. It has become chronic and systematic with a feeling that we are taking a gamble with our lives to go back to our homes - not funny but dangerous. The lifts fail CONSTANTLY. NOT UNPREDICTABLY BUT CONSTANTLY. Here I document only the past week: 18/04/27 2 LIFTS OUT OF ORDER 17/04/26 ALL 3 LIFTS OUT OF ORDER. - NO ACCESS TO OUR HOMES 18/04/26 LIFT F OUT AT 9:20AM 18/04/26 ALL 3 LIFTS OUT AT 12PM - NO ACCESS TO OUR HOMES 18/4/26 ALL 3 LIFTS OUT AGAIN AT 4;52 - NO ACCESS TO OUR HOMES 19/4/26 1 LIFT OUT OF ORDER AT 8:30AM 20/4/26 1 LIFT OUT OF ORDER AT 9AM 20/4/26 1 LIFT OUT OF ORDER AT 12PM 21/4/26 (AT THIS MOMENT) 1 LIFT G OUT OF ORDER These failures are not inconveniences they have created genuine safety risks. Neighbours have been trapped in and had to be pulled out to safety. Medical teams visiting 2 disabled people were not able to get to their patients. grocery deliveries and appointments have had to be cancelled as people are left stranded in the lobby. Living here means the insecurity of not knowing if you will be able to get home, go out or get help when you need it. Until, the lift system here at the Tower of Terror is rebuilt, modernised and properly maintained, the building can not be considered safe - and certainly not worth the premium that we paid and pay to live here. Our concerns have been sent in writing to the governmental departments that handle this type of situation especially in high rise buildings. I have also informed all the managers of the building itself. There has NOT BEEN one reply! There has not been one apology. Then again apologies are cheap - like the way things are done here - on the cheap! I will update the progress of this problem weekly.

Living at Landmark Pinnacle has been a great experience for me. I will miss the building when I leave in the coming weeks. The location is great, close to all I need in Canary Wharf. The building has so many great facilities, including the amazing cinema. The views over the river are so beautiful and the New Year fireworks were a great bonus to watch from the sky garden. I will certainly try to rent here again when I return to London.

This is only my second day in the building and I am writing this as a homeowner, someone who bought a property here intending to live in this building for potentially the next 10 years. Naturally, on my second day, it is completely normal that I may not know every detail about the internal procedures or loading rules during move-in. Yet instead of understanding, guidance, or even basic courtesy, what I experienced from the security team was genuinely shocking. We were already stressed, trying to move in with a tiny trolley the only option provided which is absolutely unsuitable for moving home. We had only 20 minutes to leave the car in the loading spot, rushing with heavy luggage and boxes. Instead of support or patience, we were met with unfriendly attitudes, irritated expressions, and sharp commands. The tone was humiliating: “You can’t exit from this door.” “Move your car.” “Don’t leave that there.”( luggage) All spoken harshly, with no kindness, no guidance, not even a simple “Can I assist you?” or “Excuse me, may I ask…” Both I and my friend felt truly unwelcome as if our presence was a burden. This is incredibly disappointing for a building where residents pay over £600 per month in service charges and where I made a significant investment to buy my home. To be clear: This review is not aimed at every member of the reception or security team. There are many polite and respectful staff here. My experience specifically involves two particular employees whose behaviour was completely unacceptable. And let me make one thing very clear: You don’t have to be a homeowner to deserve respect. No person who walks into this building resident, guest, tenant, or visitor deserves to be spoken to in that manner. After this experience, I am genuinely upset and not in a good mental place. I did not expect to feel this way in the home I dreamed of and worked so hard to purchase.

Worst experience ever. Deposited my luggage at 8:30 in the morning. Came back to the building after midnight and was told they were overbooked. They had to then book another room for me. Took them 40 minutes to arrange everything. Did the think i will not come to the hotel and just store my luggage? Uber driver did not know where to drop me. Security guy had to help. Very bad experience if this badly managed property.
