It was my best choice, I felt at home! The staff was very welcoming from the beginning, the room is very comfortable, and the location is very good. I highly recommend it.

⚠️ Summer Warning for International Students ​If you are planning to stay here during the summer, be prepared for extreme heat. London summers can hit nearly 40°C, and the rooms in this accommodation become a complete sauna. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms or kitchens (only in the main common areas). To make matters worse, the bedroom window only opens about two inches, completely blocking any airflow, and the room only cools down very late at night, making it extremely hard to sleep. ​The student support team (Joe) is polite and quick to reply, but management strictly follows the contract and does not provide electric fans, even for short-term students. If you come during July or August, you will definitely need to buy your own fan immediately upon arrival. The kitchens also lack proper ventilation, and the stove exhaust hoods cannot handle the heat. Good support, but the room infrastructure during hot weather is very poor. Also, be aware that preventive maintenance is carried out in the rooms without any prior notice. Make sure to keep your valuables well secured/locked away and your room tidy, as staff can walk in unexpectedly. Good support, but the accommodation's infrastructure and policies leave a lot to be desired.

The receptionist is very sweet and friendly, but the structure of the station court leaves a lot to be desired. The washing machines are extremely dirty, when I washed my clothes I felt that they got dirtier after washing. The room is terrible, not at all prepared to receive students in the summer, the window does not open and according to the support team, it is a rule of the United Kingdom, but I have been to other houses around here with windows that at least open to circulate an air. The question is the structure that is not really good, so the room becomes extremely hot and it is very difficult to rest. In addition, the support's answer to this is to go to the common area that has air conditioning... well, if I paid for a private room I want to rest in the room and not in the common area. They could at least equip the rooms with some fan to make summer students more comfortable. In addition, the smell of garbage is always very strong out there, I found it an extremely dirty place. I didn't feel comfortable with the support in general, because when I gave a feedback about the room, the answer was that I should buy a fan, which doesn't make sense since I won't be able to put a fan in my suitcase, that is, is the fan for them? In addition to other answers and treatment that I found very clueless. Anyway, I wouldn't come back and much less recommend it to students in the summer.

i had a wonderful experience! - the staff are so so wonderful!! always ready to help and just rlly lovely and warm. I once had a maintenance that got fixed as soon as I reported. - great amenities that I didn’t think i would use as much as i ended up using. they have many study rooms that I frequently visited, cinemas rooms and a vending machine. I was especially thankful for these facilities in the summer when the heat was unbearable bc all of these rooms were air conditioned - rlly good location. 2 mins from a corner shop and 10 mins from sainsbury’s and tesco. close to overground and seven sisters. - lots of community events!! uni can be very lonely especially in big city like london. so it’s nice that the accommodation staff keeps that in mind and organises events. drawback: - in the summer when you leave the window open, you will hear trains. this is extremely frustrating. - while the accommodation area is safe, the general area where all the stores are is scary to visit after 9 pm.

The shared areas are amazing, we have two cinema rooms, about 3 rooms for study, game room and the laundry room (the price is really cheaper with compared with laundrettes in the area). We have 2 train stations very close, and Tesco Supermark is just 7 minutes away. The reception's staffs are friendly and welcome. Stay Wise, the company who manages the H/I block (a block for studants from Sttaford House English School) are excelent and helpful. They bring us to a tour around the shared areas and they show our bedroom, they make sure the room is clean and has everything we need, they give us tips about how to take the transport, where to go shopping, etc. Well, I am pleased to give 5 stars rate as so far I have had my needs attended.
