I had such a lovely experience at Scape Wembley, and I genuinely have to say that the staff are what make it stand out. A special mention to Mara, she is honestly the reason I am rebooking. She is so warm, helpful and just an absolute joy to interact with. From the moment I arrived, she made everything feel easy and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also so genuinely kind and attentive. Her energy and attitude really elevate the whole experience. If you’re staying here, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

I’ve been living at Scape Wembley Park and had a good overall experience. The building is modern, secure, and very well located with excellent transport links. Due to a change in circumstances, I’ll be moving out earlier than planned, which may open up an opportunity for someone currently looking.

The receptionist staff (from morning until evening) are really bad. They are unfriendly and unprofessional. Most of them cannot help with tasks and is there only to make your life difficult. If you want to live in a prison for a year, choose this place. Otherwise avoid at all costs. Also be careful of the other 5 star reviews. They constantly run promotions where they give gifts to tenants who give them a 5 star review.

The state of the bin room in this building is disgusting and completely unhygienic. As shown in the photos, rubbish is constantly overflowing, waste is left scattered across the floor, and the area is left dirty for extended periods. This creates unpleasant smells, attracts pests, and poses a genuine health and safety concern for residents. What is even more frustrating is that I have raised this issue with management multiple times, only to be told that cleaning the bin room for the whole building is “not their responsibility.” That response is simply unacceptable. Residents pay thousands of pounds to live here and should expect basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and building management. If you are considering living here, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Paying more than 10,000 a year and the WiFi doesn't work. Every night the WiFi seems to just not work. I am.not exaggerating and if you review other reviews you'll notice others complain about it too. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They convince students to give good reviews for a "prize". That's why it has a high average review. The genuine reviews are the 1 star reviews.

One of the worst accommodations I have stayed in. The WiFi doesn't work 90% of the time. You're expected to live off of your mobile data. They will email about the WiFi and reassure you that the problem will be fixed. If it's fixed, there will be an issue again on the next day. I couldn't submit my assignments on time because there was no WiFi for the whole day. If yorue a student, do not live here. The mobile data also doesn't work sometimes because of the location (which wouldn't be an issue if the WiFi was reliable).

I was at the reception as s guest around 9:30 around and there were 3 people sitting and chatting out of which i was standing for a while and the girl did not respond me well and showed me attitude with a very unbothered face she said “you need to log in”however it was my first time in scape and did not expect such a rude behaviour.
