If you’re unable to obtain a visa up until 15th September , we will cancel your booking and give you a full refund of licence fees paid. All we’d need is proof that your University course has been cancelled and documentation that illustrates your failed visa attempt.
No Place No Pay
Results day can be stressful enough, so let us help ease some of that pressure. If you’re a prospective first-year undergraduate student and you don’t meet the required entry grades for your preferred University/Higher Education Institution, up until 31st August, you can cancel your contract with us and get a full refund. Similarly, if you exceeded your expected grades and decide to study in another city, you can also cancel and get a full refund.
Refund Guarantees Time Limit
Between the dates of 1st November to 30th June, the Cooling-Off Period is seven (7) calendar days after the Initial Payment has been made and a Booking Confirmation has been received.During the Cooling-Off Period, to cancel your agreement you must inform us in writing by sending an email to bookings.uk@scape.com. This will need to be received on or before the last day of the Cooling-Off Period;

Between the dates of 1st November to 30th June, there is a cooling-off period of seven (7) days after the Initial Payment has been made and a Booking Confirmation has been received. Between the dates of 1st July to 31st October, there is a cooling-off period of forty-eight (48) hours after the Initial Payment has been made and a Booking Confirmation has been received. Outside of the cooling off period, please contact our Bookings Team by sending an email to bookings.uk@scape.com. If you request to cancel your academic year booking before 1st August we may permit you to do so provided you forfeit your Initial Payment. Past 1st August, you are responsible for finding a suitable replacement (a student not already living at the property, who is attending a full time course). Until a suitable replacement is found you are liable for the payments that fall due as part of your Residence Agreement. Once you’ve found a suitable replacement you will have make a £350 payment to cover the administration costs and for us to prepare the room for the new student. We refer students looking for rooms outside of our typical booking periods to this Facebook group.
Renewal Policy
For details, please contact the consultant for consultation. The price is based on the price of the new academic year. Whether there is a discount for renewal needs to be combined with the current apartment policy.
Early Move-in Policy
You need to contact the reception of the apartment in advance to check if an early check-in can be arranged.
Refund Policy
A refund can be made if the refund conditions are met.
Room Assignment Policy
When booking an apartment on the official website, you will be allocated a room first. If the student doesn't like it, they can contact the apartment management to change the room.
Room Change Policy
If you are not satisfied with the assigned room, you can ask the apartment whether it is possible to change the room.
