Machine Works has been a wonderful place to live. Jo has been amazing from the very first viewing and has made the whole experience so positive. She made the move-in process easy and has always been friendly, approachable, and happy to help. Jo is always easy to contact, and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. She goes above and beyond by organising events for residents to celebrate key dates throughout the year, helping to create a real sense of community at Machine Works. I can't thank Jo enough for everything she's done. She's a real credit to the Machine Works team.

I previously left a lower rating, but I’d like to update it after having such a positive experience. I have been approached to address my concerns. I truly feel heard, and Jo has been amazing. It’s often the little things that make the biggest difference—like the lovely Easter egg table Jo set up, which genuinely made my day. I also really appreciated the time Jo took to sit down with me, listen to all my concerns, and work towards a solution. This experience reminded me how important it is to speak up, because being heard can make all the difference. Jo demonstrated exactly what a great manager should do: listen, care, and take meaningful action. Thank you again, Jo!

A Fantastic Living Experience – Highly Recommended! After nearly two weeks of living here, I couldn’t be happier. The apartment is quiet with excellent soundproofing, the heating works perfectly, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk to the station, making it easy to reach central London in about 30 minutes. And a huge thank you to Erlandas for making my move-in experience smooth! He carefully inspected the apartment with me upon arrival and took the time to explain everything in detail, which was incredibly helpful.

Update: I moved out but new management replied to my review so hope things are better - changed to 5 star as not to reflect poorly on new management. The apartments are very nice. Lifts break often and management obviously hasn't bothered to get them properly fixed. They've now been out of service for a week now and climbing 7 floors whilst it's 40c outside is not my idea of a good apartment building.
