I have only one complaint, and that is that the carpet in the corridors is very old and smells bad.
Wonderful stay in a service apartment in the middle of the city surrounded by Sainsbury and Tesco supermarkets. Next to the building is a Chinese supermarket disguised as Korean where you can pick up some veggies normally found in Chinatown, 30 minutes away on the tube. Walking distance from Aldgate East and Aldgate stations and located opposite the Premium Inn. Venture east and you will cross the border town of Whitechapel where London morphs into Dhakar's Banglawood.

The air conditioning for the entire floor has been broken for three days during one of the hottest periods of the summer. Every time we ask the management, they simply tell us that someone will come to fix it, yet no one has shown up and nothing has been done. The rooms have become unbearably hot, like an oven, making us almost impossible to stay in. What is even more frustrating is that the reception area on the ground floor has perfectly functioning air conditioning, and it is cool and comfortable. The management staff spend their entire day working in an air-conditioned environment while completely ignoring the living conditions of the residents. This level of negligence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Terrible management.

Location and views are amazing. Agata was brilliant with communication and very accommodating. The apartment was missing basic things like spoons to stir my coffee!! And the ceiling in the front room needs some attention. The bed was very comfortable and the mod cons such as lights in the wardrobe and bathroom cabinets were really cool! The TV does work. However, it is on its way out! Overall fab stay, comfortable and cosy. Very clean and tidy. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but once parked, we used underground and walked. Jack, the ripper museum, was a 5 minute walk away, tube also 5 minute walk away and local convenient shops for bits and pieces. Would stay again.
