Really fantastic place! A television, pool table table, tennis table and table football table are all available in the common area, which is adjacent to a nice courtyard. Staff are very helpful and responsive, receptionists are always very nice. Had a great 9 months here, there's lots of people in the building so guaranteed to find at least someone you like. They also do some building events, first few in the uni year were good for meeting people. People kind of stopped coming to later ones but I would still go and there was always bunch of free food and drinks so I highly recommend. 10/10 you should move in here

I would strongly discourage anyone from living here. The windows cannot open more than a couple centimeters, if at all. The temperature control and ventilation is nonexistent. The only upside is the location.

Location is good, but I can't recommend it, especially for solo female travellers. The location is genuinely the only strong point of this property. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. No cooling options in summer: The room had no fan, no AC, and windows that don't open properly, so heat from the day just stayed trapped overnight. When I asked staff for a fan or a different room, I was told to bring my own fan or check whether the heating was switched off — not a real solution. I wouldn't book this property between spring and autumn; the room is genuinely unbearable in warm weather. Basic amenities missing: No soap, shower gel, or shampoo were provided, despite the facility claiming otherwise on the posters. Serious safety concern: The most troubling part of my stay - while I was showering, someone knocked twice, and when I didn't answer, they opened the door. It wasn't my checkout day, and the property doesn't offer daily cleaning, so there was no legitimate reason for anyone to enter. As a solo female traveller, this was frightening. Reception apologized when I raised it, but I never got a clear explanation for why it happened. Comfort-wise, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom felt poorly designed, though functional. I understand London accommodation is expensive, but after this experience, I'd rather pay more for a place where I feel safe and comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately I accidentally booked this place while Travelling for work. Its absolute nightmare. Below any expectations.

Location fabulous. Room not so much: no amenities at all save a tiny bar of soap and a minuscule shower gel. No air con in the heat, no fan, the window and courtyard door barely opened so little access to fesh air. Tiny bathroom, not advisable for large people. I'm 5'2"" and I struggled. No space in bathroom to put stuff down. No visible staff and those that did on the rare occasion appear to be employed didn't seem super keen to actually earn their living. Ultimately this is just a place to lay your head. Sleep, get dressed, leave and return at night to sleep again. It was ok but I would lay out a bit more in future for something better.

Very convenient location. Sean was also very helpful, he allowed me to check in earlier into my room, responded to my requests swiftly and also offered assistance with my luggage. The room wasn't too clean when I entered but pillow cases and bedsheets were changed immediately upon request. However, there isn't handwashing soap in bathrooms.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Ethen especially has been amazing in my accommodation process. The building is well maintained and never faced an issue with anything ever. The events that they conduct are really fun to socialise with other residents
