The room change is decided by the front desk according to the apartment's availability.

If you wish to end your license to occupy early, you may find a replacement licensee acceptable to the landlord. The new licensee will sign a new agreement, which may be at a different rent to match the current market rate. Before the supplier accept a replacement: • Your rent account must be fully up to date • Any rent owed up to your leaving date must be paid Once the replacement licensee has signed and paid, they will assume responsibility for all future rent and obligations. Until then, you remain responsible for the rent until the original end date.

If the applicant and guarantor do not sign the agreement within five days, the reservation may be cancelled immediately and we will not be held responsible. From August 1, 2024, the time for applicants and guarantors to sign the lease agreement will be shortened to two days.
