If you need to move in earlier, please contact your advisor. If there are available apartments that match the required rental period, you can arrange for early check-in after agreeing to the additional rent.
The rent due date can be found in the contract. Log into your Dwell account, open the dropdown menu, and click on the Message option to view your contract. Be sure to pay the corresponding amount before the due date displayed. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, please note that international wire transfers are not immediate and should be initiated at least one week in advance.
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can collect the key card from the apartment front desk.
Log in to your account on the apartment's official website to make an online payment. Click on "Pay Now" to access the payment page. Check the "Manual Breakup" option, enter the amount you need to pay for rent in the RESIDENTIAL section, then click "Pay Now," select the card type, and enter your card information to make an online payment. Alternatively, you can email the apartment to inquire about the bank details for a wire transfer.
