Hyatt House Manchester

Brilliant hotel, a strong recommendation. The hotel is modern and the rooms are large and kept in excellent condition. Although there is no parking at the hotel, there’s two car parks a very short walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Ken at reception gave advice on where to park and helped bring luggage to the room as my hands were full with a baby. He was very professional as are the rest of the staff. There’s also lots of restaurants and cafes less than 1 minute away. You really can’t go wrong staying here

Very clean and spacious. Check in desk was super friendly. Only downside was the breakfast. It was very very busy and not well maintained when we got there. The quality of the food itself could have been better and the coffee machine felt like an after thought.

We stayed for one night in a king size studio, the room was lovey, a really good size and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and approachable. This is our second visit and we have enjoyed it each time. Thank you for a nice stay.

Amazing studio with a king bed, a nice kitchen and a view. Great staff, great breakfast - this was only a short business trip but it was definitely a lovely surprise. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Manchester.

Excellent rooms, excellent service..loved our stay here in the hotel and would definitely stay here if I'm back in Manchester. The experience was amazing from the moment we stepped in. We were checked into the hotel by their Guest relations personnel, I believe his name was Vernon. It was smooth experience and since I had booked two rooms for my family, they were nice enough to give me connecting rooms, which was so convenient. The rooms themselves were one of the best Hyatt House ones I've ever stayed in. Very tastefully done interiors and clean. I believe while booking I had mentioned that I was planning a visit to the Manchester United stadium. The hotel was nice enough to remember that and add some sweet United memorabilia in the room. That was such a nice touch. Thank you for that. It definitely made my stay!
