Check-in Guide
The check-in process is clear. Two weeks prior to check-in, the apartment will send an email to schedule a key collection time, which can be done on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If the lease starts on September 15th, which falls on a weekend, you can still collect the keys in person at the apartment building. (If you are a returning tenant, a friend can collect the keys on your behalf. If you are in Manchester, you can do a right-to-rent check in advance and have a friend collect the keys when the lease starts.)
