After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can pick up your door card from the apartment's front desk.

The rent due date can be found in the contract. Log in to your Dwell account, open the dropdown menu, and click on the Message option to view your contract. Make sure to pay the corresponding amount before the date displayed under Due Date. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, please note that international wire transfers are not instant and require at least one week's advance payment.

For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and there are smoke detectors installed. If you need to smoke, please ask the apartment front desk where the designated smoking area is located.
