You can pay your rent in a number of ways: online by logging into your student account, at the flat reception, by booking online via acolyteliving.com, or by bank transfer (please ensure you use your name and student ID card as a reference for payment). International bank transfers may be subject to a fee charged to your bank, so please ensure you account for this payment.

Normally, an offline room tour takes 15 to 20 minutes, but you can spend as long as you like touring the Deakin Courtyard rooms until you find one you're happy with.

You will need to bring a photo ID when you come to collect your keys.

Property Management does not charge a booking fee. When you accept the room offer, you will be required to pay a deposit to reserve your room, which will be secured through the Deposit Protection Service and refunded at the end of the tenancy.

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay your rent in instalments. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, the full rent must be paid by 1 August. Please note that you must pay the rent due before you move in. Other instalment options may apply.
