You can pay your rent online by logging into your student account, by bank transfer, or by phone with a credit or debit card.

When is the discount deducted from my rent?

All discounts offered will be deducted from your final rent payment.

What will happen to my deposit?

Your deposit will be deposited into a deposit protection scheme where it will be held securely throughout the academic year and will be returned to you at the end of the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract. The deposit you pay when you make your application cannot be used for instalments as this is secured by the Deposit Protection Scheme for the duration of your tenancy.

What do I need to bring when I move in?

Will there be parking when I check in?

Some apartments offer paid parking, please contact your property team directly if you would like to book a car park.

Pets of any kind are not permitted except for registered assistance dogs.

If you request a room change during the tenancy, you will also receive new documents confirming the room change details, which will need to be signed or accepted online.
