If you wish to terminate the lease, you must notify the consultant or the apartment in writing and fill out the apartment's "Sublease Form". You will remain responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease term expires, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee finding other tenants as this clearly becomes more difficult as the academic year progresses. Please note that you will also need to pay all management fees associated with the reallocation of the lease. Refer to the apartment's subleasing terms.

You must vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the Tenancy End Date specified in the contract. Any items left in the room will be considered abandoned by the apartment, and a cleaning fee will be charged.
